Every Man and Woman is a Star (Buckland Museum) Poster

Based on a drawing of the same name from 2008, the image superimposes the Hieroglyphic Monad of Elizabethan magician John Dee on the Cube of Metatron, both important diagrams of study to the western occult traditions. Ideas of cosmic wholeness, the macrosmos and microcosmos, and humanity’s place in the universe are all mediation points for the image and the sources from which it emerged.
