Samhain (pronounced SOW-in) is celebrated from October 31 to November 1 as Witch’s New Year. It marks the third and final harvest, a solemn yet celebratory threshold where the “veil” between the physical world and the spirit realm is at its thinnest. Witches use this liminal time to honor ancestors, release the burdens of the old year, and seek divination for the year ahead.
