Waking the Witch author and The Witch Wave podcaster Pam Grossman is visiting us to celebrate our 8 years here in Cleveland. In this special Beltane gathering, Pam will be in conversation with The Buckland Museum’s Toni Rotonda and Steven Intermill. They’ll discuss such bewitching topics as the state of modern witchcraft, why the witch is the ultimate icon of freedom, and how witches can help conjure a brighter tomorrow. Join us for a blazing evening of enchantment!
Pam Grossman is a writer, curator, and teacher of magical practice and history. She is the host of the internationally-beloved podcast, The Witch Wave and the author of Waking the Witch and What Is A Witch. Her forthcoming book, Magic Maker: The Enchanted Path of Creativity will be published in October 2025. She is also co-editor and co-author of the WITCHCRAFT volume of Taschen’s Library of Esoterica series, and the co-organizer of the Occult Humanities Conference at NYU. Her writing has appeared in numerous mediums, including The New York Times, The Atlantic, TIME.com, and many more.
